Season 2010 -

Already we begin to look forward to next year... so here are some early dates for your diary:

Dec 9th: Chevening church carol service, from 7:30pm with mince pies & mulled wine.

Jan 4th: Nets commence every Monday from 7-8pm at Rayleigh's gym, 7oaks.

Feb 3rd: AGM - at the pavilion 7:45 start.

Apr 17th: Groundwork party time tbc.

Annual Dinner & Dance.

The Dinner / dance took place on Saturday 31st October, a very nice evening had by all.

28/08/09: Roy Smithers honoured.

Roy Smithers was one of the annual Alan Albury Award winners for services to recreational cricket in Kent for 2009. Roy’s contribution to Chevening stretches back many years as player, chairman & groundsman. Derek Underwood, President of Kent CCC, presented the award during the lunch interval at the recent Kent vs Surrey county championship match at Canterbury. Pictures in the photo album.
